This plain-language policy explains what FortMillChimneySweep.com ("we") collects and what we do with it.

- Phone calls: if you call the number on this site, the call may be forwarded and logged (number, time, length) so we can follow up and connect you with a pro.
How we use it
- To pass your request to one or more independent local chimney professionals so they can contact you.
- To contact you ourselves about your request by phone, text or email.
- To keep basic records and improve the site.
Who we share it with
- Independent chimney professionals who serve your area, for the purpose of responding to your request.
- Service providers that run the site for us (website hosting and database storage).
- If required by law.
We don't sell your information to data brokers or list sellers.
Texts and calls
By submitting the form and checking the consent box, you agree to be contacted about your request by phone, text or email by us or a local pro. Message and data rates may apply. You can reply STOP to any text or ask us to stop contacting you at any time.
How long we keep it
We keep requests only as long as needed to connect you with a pro and keep reasonable records. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.
